Aloha Happy Place

Confirmation Policy-All reservations are confirmed with a deposit equal to 100% of your stay payable by Visa,  Discover, MasterCard,  American Express or Paypal.  Should there be a need to change dates on your reservation, we ask that you send an email with details to reservations@alohahappyplace.com.  All date changes are subject to availability with room and length of stay valid for the duration of the reservation.  If a guest change in accommodation is necessary, additional charges may apply for an upgrade.  Aloha Happy Place reserves the right to provide guests an equal or superior quality room, without notice for any non-guest changes, unless the reservation is marked specifically for special requests. 

 No Shoes Policy-   We ask the courtesy from all of our house guests to please remove your shoes before entering our "hale" (home) as it is an island custom and a matter of respect.

Cancellation Policy- Reservations cancelled at least 20 days prior to the check-in date 3PM HST: Full refund to guest. Reservations cancelled 15 to 19 days in advance: Guest is charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night's lodging (net amount plus tax); balance paid is returned. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in: Non-Refundable.  All other cancellations, NO SHOWS and early departures will be charged the entire amount of stay without exceptions.  All cancellations must be received via email at  reservations@alohahappyplace.com.  Phone messages will NOT be accepted. Upon receipt of your cancellation you will be provided with a cancellation letter explaining any refunds receipt or charges as applicable.

No Smoking Policy-  Aloha Happy Place is pleased to provide a smoke-free environment in all guest rooms and public areas within the building.  Smoking in a guestroom will result in a charge of $350 being applied to your account.  This fee will be used to restore the original air quality level.  The use of incense and candles is prohibited in all guest accommodations including common areas in compliance with local fire code regulations.

Your consent to all of the above policies is binding upon confirmation of your reservation.
